Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Export Tribe Premier Video Series

1. Introduction

By applying to be featured in the Export Tribe Premier Video Series, you (“Participant” or “Business”) agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in the video series and the rights and responsibilities of both the Participant and Export Tribe Ltd (“Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

1.1. Participation is open to legally registered businesses operating in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, within the manufacturing, agriculture, aquaculture, exportation, non-crude oil, or related industries.

1.2. Export Tribe Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any applicant and to reject any application that does not meet the stated criteria.

3. Selection Process

2.1. Only ten (10) businesses will be selected to participate in the video series.

2.2. The selection of businesses will be at the sole discretion of Export Tribe Ltd, based on the information provided in the application form and any other relevant criteria.

2.3. Selected participants will be notified by email or phone within [Insert Time Frame] after the application deadline.

4. Participation Requirements

3.1. By applying, you agree to make yourself and your business available for a video shoot at a time and place agreed upon with Export Tribe Ltd.

3.2. Participants must provide all necessary information, materials, and access to business premises, employees, or other relevant locations as required for the video shoot.

3.3. Participants agree to cooperate fully with Export Tribe Ltd and any third-party contractors (e.g., video production team) during the filming process.

3.4. Participants are responsible for any costs associated with their preparation for the video shoot, including but not limited to, arranging access to locations, preparing products or premises, or making necessary personnel available.

5. Rights and Usage

4.1. By participating, you grant Export Tribe Ltd the right to film, record, and photograph your business, including premises, employees, products, and related materials, as part of the video series.

4.2. Participants grant Export Tribe Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the footage, recordings, and photographs in all media formats, including digital platforms, websites, social media, and promotional materials.

4.3. Export Tribe Ltd reserves the right to edit the footage for clarity, length, or any other reason deemed necessary without prior approval from the Participant.

4.4. Participants agree that the footage may be used in promotional materials or campaigns unrelated to the specific video series in which they are featured.

6. Confidentiality

5.1. Export Tribe Ltd will take reasonable measures to ensure that any confidential business information disclosed during the video shoot is not disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

5.2. Participants acknowledge that certain information about their business may be made public as part of the video series and agree to the release of such information.

7. Liability

6.1. Export Tribe Ltd will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury incurred during or as a result of participation in the video series.

6.2. Participants agree to indemnify and hold Export Tribe Ltd harmless from any claims, actions, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from their participation in the video series.

8. Termination

7.1. Export Tribe Ltd reserves the right to terminate a Participant’s involvement in the video series at any time if the Participant fails to comply with these terms and conditions or if Export Tribe Ltd deems it necessary to protect its interests or the integrity of the video series.

7.2. If a Participant’s involvement is terminated, Export Tribe Ltd may choose to exclude the Participant from the final production and distribution of the video series.

9. Governing Law

8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

8.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria.

10. Acceptance of Terms

9.1. By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9.2. Participants who do not agree to these terms and conditions should not apply or withdraw their application prior to selection.
